Like many of you who read this, Kellie and Mark fell in love with Southwest Florida on our first visit, and our family moved here 5 months later.

For 12 years, Kellie worked exclusively in Sales & Marketing in the homebuilding industry. She is a specialist in the area’s communities, particularly DiVosta, and have extensive knowledge about current market pricing and property availability.

Mark began his career in the HVAC industry over 25 years ago when he purchased a family business. Growing from 6 employees and $150,000 in sales each year, to 30 employees and well over $1.8 million in sales per year.  He led an incredible transformation. As a business owner, the responsibility for a great customer experience rested squarely on his shoulders, and he took this commitment very seriously. Throughout his career, he has received numerous personal references based on the customer experience he provided. His extensive background in the construction industry enables him to provide valuable insight when evaluating a property for purchase or sale.
